Cardio, Core, & More

Fit for any age, easily modifiable, fun, and great music.

I am a firm believer in switching classes up, so that boredom and monotony never enter the picture. I also make new playlists every week, and yes I do take requests!

The cardio in this class is sometimes all tied together into one segment, or often intervaled with weight work.  Lots of core and sometimes floor. New moves and exercises each week.

Step Aerobics

Talk about a fat burner and body toner! This class is that.

Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down onto a platform that you can vary from 4-inch to 12-inch.

This class gets your heart and lungs in shape and burns and tones all at once. 

I assure you this class is easily modifiable with fun choreography.  Many times we combine step aerobics with body sculpting, and weights. 

Step aerobics is also a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, swimmers, and more.

Brain Aerobics

In class we touch mainly on MEMORY techniques with a variety of short term and long term memory exercises.

Easy formulas to apply to daily lifestyle. New ways to train the brain to think. Strengthening the brain's connections and actually building new brain cells.  We also cover nutrition, positive thinking, meditation, etc. 

Class is fun, interactive, and any age will benefit. No tests, no picking people out, just good clean memory fun.

Classes offered in a group setting, 10-50 people.

BRAIN AEROBICS PART 1: 6-week course, once a week: $480
BRAIN AEROBICS PART 2: 4-week course, once a week: $320

Piyo is a class, set to music, that combines the strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility enhancing effects of Yoga.

SilverSneakers

SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+, but there is no age requirement. 

Silver Sneakers is included in many Medicare Plans. Set to great, recognizable music, some classes are seated, some are standing, some are both seated and standing.  Tools include a chair, balls, bands, and weights. All are optional except for the chair. Senior Fitness keeps you young!

Stretch & Sculpt

Stretch & Sculpt is just that. 

Plenty of deep stretching with body sculpting from head to toe. This class uses weights, bands, and one's own body resistance. Class finishes with a relaxation stretch for cool down.

Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation is a half-hour of blissful full body relaxation. 

Set to quiet, ambient music, we gently relax the body and the mind. We release negative stress and practice calm.  You will feel like a million bucks after this class.
